Jeff Mitchell is the owner and founder of Dynasty Pools.  He started out in the business working in  gunite in 1975 for 15 years.  He then started Dynasty Pools in 1986 and has made it one of  the most respected companies in the industry.  He puts customer service as number one on his list of priorities.

• Jeff is on the Builder’s Council, through APSP

• Jeff is the Builder’s Council liaison to the Technical Committee

• Jeff Is the APSP Southwest Regional Director

• Jeff is a member of APSP (Association of Pool and Spa Professionals).  He is currently past President of the APSP So. Cal. Chapter.

• The So. Cal Chapter encompasses L.A., Riverside, and San Bernardino counties

• The Chapter has made Water Safety it’s number one priority

• Peggy Mitchell is the Secretary of the board of directors for the APSP So. Cal. Chapter

- Jeff is on the Board of Governors of SPEC
- SPEC is the lobbyist group representing the swimming pool industry
